Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation

Norham Gardens Lawn Tennis Club is committed to maintaining the trust of our membership. As members join or renew we collect basic personal data to enable us to maintain records, and to notify members of regular activities and events.

We hold this data on current members, and those who have been members in the previous two years to facilitate renewals. Data for earlier years are deleted.

Our membership list is held by Membermojo, a commercial company which has strong data security. Members who wish to view, amend or delete the personal data which we hold, can do so via the membership pages on our website.

We use the Google Analytics service to track which pages of our website are visited, on an anonymous basis.  We do not permit Google to identify either individual visitors or the IP addresses they come from.
